Your SlingPlayer Mobile registration key is only good for use with one device at a time. If you have multiple devices, you must purchase a key for each one. If you've upgraded or changed your device, you can transfer your original registration key and email address combination to the new one. It doesn't matter if you’ve moved from a Pocket PC device to a Smartphone or if you’ve moved from a Palm OS device to a Pocket PC. The same email address and registration key combo works with all versions of SlingPlayer Mobile. When you register your new device using your old key, we’ll automatically unregister your old device. We’ll also send you an email verifying this change.

Don't remember what your old registration key was? It was included in your original email receipt for your SlingPlayer Mobile purchase. If you can't find that email, visit the Sling Store Customer Service area of our website. The link is on the right side of this page. There, you can look up your order history and find your key or you can send our support team an email and they can find it for you.
